Let’s create a plan customized to what you need now to feel confident in your body. Qigong is perfect program for anyone, of any age or fitness level. Qigong improves your balance, flexibility and your life. With consistent sessions you will quickly feel confident to practice easily at home.
Our bodies need to move to stay healthy. Qigong may be done by anyone, at any fitness level and age and there is no special equipment needed. With a consistent practice, results show that we feel calm, rejuvenated and peaceful. Employers: save on healthcare costs, increased productivity, some health insurance may cover and happier team members.
Classes and Workshops:
Engage employees on a continual basis with a variety of wellness classes and workshops. Information will be provided so employees may learn ways to heal, reduce stress and prevent illness. We will also “mix it up” so employees are engaged.
Nurturing employees with a variety of wellness events is something they will remember. Activities may include private, one on one Thai Foot Reflexology or Reiki sessions.
Finding time to enjoy quiet, stillness and touch are a gem that we often forget to do. Allowing time for people to nurture themselves is a precious gift.
I provide health education on a continual basis focused on balance, good habits and a healthy lifestyle. Education includes, but is not limited to mindful eating, physical activity, stress management and preventative health.
Weekly blogs can be provided on anything from ways to boost office morale, ways to get active, meditation made easy and more.

I think it’s important for me to share where my passion came from. Simply, I studied, learned and read many “self help” books and and created what I needed when I was at a turning point in my life. I knew I needed clarity, direction, and a plan. A few years ago, at a workshop, I heard myself saying “I’m lost and trying to find myself.” I felt tears slowly rolling down my face and realized I was tired of being confused and I was overwhelmed with fear and stress. But most of all, I knew that being a full-time mom, wife, daughter, friend, working 50+ hours in a high stressed management position, being on call 24 hours/365 day didn’t feel good and I knew life had more in store for me. If only I could find my way…
Well, I did change it up and it was scary. There have been ups and downs but I now know who I am, how to say no, have good boundaries and feel happy and present for me and the people I meet everyday. Remember, no matter what is coming up for you, you have the power to change your life – to be happy, healthy and strong.
