Age sneaks up on us especially as we climb in to the 50+ and over! As part of this aging process, we are starting to notice themes relating to our physical, mental and spiritual self.  

  • Physically we are experiencing and/or hearing about stiffness, fatigue, inability to rise  from the floor, balance issues, neck problems and more. . . 
  • Mentally there are shifts in worthiness, future uncertainty, joys of a simpler time, what's really important and the list goes on . . . 
  • Spiritually it feels right to MAKE time for stillness, connection and even prayer. . .

At Qigong For Inner Peace we are in the midsts of all these changes and more. What we find to be most true and want to share is real live living, feeling, learning, questioning, faltering and conversation and habits that work.
